Helicopter Tour

I have contacted the Helicopter Tour company and they are preparing a package for us.

The experience provide the opportunity to see the real city in the same way we look at it in your aerial photographs that you use for analyzing the urban implications. I will keep you posted on prices and dates, if interested please let me know.

Please check these "Thesis" buildings that I think are interesting in the way they are approaching the future. Although I tend not to overemphasise Pritzker winners architecture since they represent only a minimal fraction of "Real Architecture", I consider they provide -next to the Utopian Architects- an interesting source for "Space Ideas". At the end of the Thesis Process, what counts is the way you will be handling "Space" weather it is in the Urban realm or the way you insert your architectural Spaces in the City's fabric.

As I mentioned yesterday, World Expos are a unique opportunity to show to the world what Architecture is doing for the future. At this starting point in the Thesis process I am interested in presenting a couple of images that in my opinion represent the trends in design.

These buildings are planned for the people and they exaggerate their conceptual approach.

At this stage, geometry or floor planning are in a second layer of the process.

It is the spatial approach and "Meaning" what I am expecting for the first exercise.
